Food as Medicine in Arcadia.
Arcadia was a central region of ancient
Greece. The region was encircled by mountains. The waters that flowed in
abundant streams, quick, shallow, stony bottoms, swirled the water this way
and that with little spinning vortexes, working magic with the Sun. Mineral
rich, such water was vital water.
Herb rich, water meadow pasture, and fertile valleys. A contented peoples,
who knew their place in nature. They worked with Mother Nature and not
against her. In return they received an idyllic life style.
Urban life can get rather frantic at times, but for the Arcadians, they knew
a different clock. It was a cosmic clock. There is some information on the

Time for them was the rhythm of the seasons.
As Pastoralists they were famed throughout Greece and far beyond. Their
clock was an Astrological clock. Not the type of astrology that tells
fortunes, but the real art of astrological prediction. That of the
progression of the seasons, as marked out in the heavens. And in mundane
affairs, the observation, that the astro - logic map was changing seasons
and thus the landscape. And further, that the change was also happening to
them. They would also have noticed how their physical bodies were
tuned by the Earth Element. And just how powerful and pervasive She is. They
would have understood that the mental faculties were controlled by the
movement of the Planets. But heavily influenced by the moon.
The Glory that was Ancient Greece has inspired many generations of the
Caucasian Races and stood as a beacon throughout the miserable serfdom of
the dark ages. Let some Sanskrit Sacred literature, encapsulate, what
it was that the Arcadian peoples knew.
From food, all beings come, and to food
all beings go.
Therefore, food is the most ancient of all beings.

Indian Philosophical Knowledge.

In terms of their field crops they would have
been very familiar with hybridisation, and the phenomena, of escapes to the
wild, starting to revert to original form. At one time all vegetables were
wild herbs, and the fruits and the berries were abundant in their time.
Their milking goats thrived on the herb rich pastures, and they gave good
milk, excellent cheese but very importantly natural raw yoghurt. The bee's
made an excess of medicinal honey. Olive groves, Grape vines and Orchards.
Because of the dynamic simplicity of their enzyme rich seasonal diet they
would have been very sensitive to any physiologic change that occurred,
either seasonally, or weekly or monthly. So, if they were 'Out of
Sorts' meaning out of rhythm. They changed the chopped herb mixtures
which went into raw root or leafy salads. They would have had a variety of
domestic animals in addition to goats, sheep, rabbit, poultry and possibly
fresh water fish. This was optimal diet for everyone to choose to eat meat
or not to eat meat.
Food Kemistry
Food behaviour and the rituals that surround that behaviour are cultural
artefacts, which were shaped by the environment. The environment determined
what was available, and how it was to be treated.
Today we may wander around large food stores and find on the shelves the
offerings of many cultures. Most important is the flavourings section, which
contains a large selection of herbs, spices, mixtures and liquid flavourings.
Since those most ancient of times our spiritual perspective has changed to a
more consumer orientated viewpoint, where herbs and spice are seen merely as
adjuncts for flavouring purposes. Certain herbs or spice being associated
with certain types of food , purely as a convention of taste.
As a means of classification, herbs are usually the leaf part of a plant.
The spices are much more diverse being represented as
Flower
parts e.g. Saffron. Buds, such as Cloves. Barks, as the familiar
Cassia and Cinnamon.
Fruiting bodies like Nutmeg,
Mace, Allspice, Fennel, Dill, Coriander, Anise.
Roots by Angelica,
Turmeric, Ginger etc.
Each of those plant parts has a taste which is peculiar to it. More
importantly each one has its own specific mode of pharmaceutical action upon
the human system.
Oils and fats were also modified by the use of herbs and spice e.g. oily
fish was normally poached with a bouquet of fennel, dill and bay leaves. The
action was to break down the large oil molecules and render them of more
easy digestion. Whilst the cooked animal fats were treated in a similar way
by the use of mustard or horseradish as a side seasoning. It was common to
serve small bowls of various carminative seeds to be chewed at the end of
each meal. Those plant parts that we use for food. are also medicinal in
action having a salutary and beneficial effect upon the digestion and the
actions of liver and bile.
Food Combining:
The stomach and its appendages are the furnace or the power house of our
physical being. Peoples of the cold and temperate regions of the earth tend
to have a more robust digestive system in comparison to those of tropical
and sub tropical regions. The peoples of warm climates use a greater variety
of plant parts to modify food. However all regions use the four cardinal
tastes to guide them in their food combining. Each element of the meal
providing essential nutrients that contributes to our overall health.
The four cardinal tastes are (1) Sweet (2) Sour
(3) Bitter (4) Salt. The
art lies in the correct balance of each taste. When this is done skilfully
the appetite is awakened and the saliva which contains the precursor
digestive enzymes will run freely.
The Alchemy of Food :
An essential part of this Alchemy of food, is also the aroma, which is
volatile molecules liberated from our ingredients. These little flavour
bombs burst all over the mucous membrane of our nasal passages. This is
natural aromatherapy. We all know as a matter of personal experience the
physiological changes that occur on such occasions. Each molecule is part of
the switch for the operation of the salivary glands. The saliva opens the
damper plate on the furnace of our stomach and the fire builds throwing out
warmth to the most distant parts of the Cosmos that is our body.
The great river systems of the blood stream gain force and power as it
carries nutrients to, and wastes away from, each single cell. There are many
hundreds of trillion cells. We are literally, the greatest feat of chemistry
we have ever seen. In addition our rivers carry a host of different kinds of
workers. Some specialise in plumbing. While others are whizz kids at the
electrics. Some are better at chemistry and so on.
One of those workers is an Alchemist, by the name of Enzyme, who is so adept
that around 30 thousand chemical operations are performed in one second,
purely as a matter of routine. Enzymes are comprised of many tribes, some
groups specialise in one particular chemical operation and are distributed
in every region of our bodies. Whilst other tribes are comprised of a
specialised complex which literally transmute matter. By means of proton
chemistry and change one element into another.
I have used the word Alchemist for Enzyme because prodigious feats of
transmutation, are performed on matter. What is more, Enzyme does it

Enzymes and Mighty Miracles.
Each one of us is a miracle of 'Biological Transmutation' ** Fire energy
becomes flesh. Then dust returns to dust and the fire energy seeks
return. Descriptively, it may be said that our birthright is a cupful
of enzymes, which once used, dust returns to dust. Aging and lack of tone,
of all the organs, is as a direct result of, a very poor diet lacking in
live enzymes. Nature is saying 'hey save your enzymes for a rainy day'. The
plant chemical structures are interchangeable with our own.
Wintertime, determined by the position of the sun in the sky, may be sensed
like a single plucked note on a bass cello. Slowing to the point of
stillness. Our physiologic state has changed but our unique dietary needs
have not. It is the enzymes that manufacture our requirements. However they
require a varied diet in order to satisfy our demands for live vitamins and
potentised trace elements. The enzymes play an important role in the bodies
demolition and reconstruction squads. Take freely of the life that Nature
offers in abundance. The miracle of life creating life, life consuming life.
The Personal Touch.
When cooking food there are the 4 ancient elements involved. Earth the
food.Water. Fire and Air, which is represented by self. Cooking is the first
and foremost technique of food modification. Application of heat, is
also the foremost technique applied in a laboratory to modify or break down
molecules. Alternatively the laboratory would also employ Acids or
Electrolysis.
The Quantum Physicist will accept that an observer will have an effect on
the end result of an experiment. This is ancient knowledge, ones own
vibrations, via the medium of fire pass into and modify the food being
cooked.
Ones own vibration is also modified by the type of fire that is used. For
example a solid fuel cooker, an electric or gas cooking range, or by micro
wave. I have no screeds of scientific minutiae to support that statement,
however the matter may be settled with a simple experiment. (1) The same
food and same measure of ingredients will taste different according to the
type of fire employed in the cooking. (2) The same food, same measure of
ingredients will taste different between two different cooks. I am quite
satisfied that the ancients are correct, in their assessment of the affect
of self and fire upon the substance being worked upon. A loaf of bread
cooked in the oven of a solid fuel burner tastes very different to one that
is cooked in an electric oven.
Cooking with Micro Wave.
Dr. Lita Lee of Hawaii reported in the December 9, 1989 Lancet:
"Microwaving baby formulas converted certain trans-amino acids into their
synthetic cis-isomers. Synthetic isomers, whether cis-amino acids or
trans-fatty acids, are not biologically active.
Further, one of the amino acids, L-proline, was converted to its d-isomer,
which is known to be neurotoxic (poisonous to the nervous system) and
nephrotoxic (poisonous to the kidneys). It's bad enough that many babies are
not nursed, but now they are given fake milk (baby formula) made even more
toxic via microwaving."
In 1991, there was a lawsuit in Oklahoma concerning the hospital use of a
microwave oven to warm blood needed in a transfusion. The case involved a
hip surgery patient, Norma Levitt, who died from a simple blood transfusion.
It seems the nurse had warmed the blood in a microwave oven. This tragedy
makes it very apparent that there's much more to "heating" with microwaves
than we've been led to believe. Blood for transfusions is routinely warmed,
but not in microwave ovens. In the case of Mrs. Levitt, the microwaving
altered the blood and it killed her.
It's very obvious that this form of microwave radiation "heating" does
something to the substances it heats. It's also becoming quite apparent that
people who process food in a microwave oven are also ingesting these
"unknowns".

The Hidden Hazards Of Microwave Cooking by Anthony Wayne and Lawrence
Newell.
There are no atoms, molecules or cells of any organic system able to
withstand such a violent, destructive power for any extended period of time,
not even in the low energy range of milliwatts.
Of all the natural substances - which are polar - the oxygen of water
molecules reacts most sensitively. This is how microwave cooking heat is
generated - friction from this violence in water molecules.
Structures of molecules are torn apart, molecules are forcefully deformed,
called structural isomerism, and thus become impaired in quality. This is
contrary to conventional heating of food where heat transfers convectionally
from without to within.
Cooking by microwaves begins within the cells and molecules where water is
present and where the energy is transformed into frictional heat.
In addition to the violent frictional heat effects, called thermic effects,
there are also athermic effects which have hardly ever been taken into
account. These athermic effects are not presently measurable, but they can
also deform the structures of molecules and have qualitative consequences.
For example the weakening of cell membranes by microwaves is used in the
field of gene altering technology. Because of the force involved, the cells
are actually broken, thereby neutralizing the electrical potentials, the
very life of the cells, between the outer and inner side of the cell
membranes.
Impaired cells become easy prey for viruses, fungi and other microorganisms.
The natural repair mechanisms are suppressed and cells are forced to adapt
to a state of energy emergency - they switch from aerobic to anaerobic
respiration. Instead of water and carbon dioxide, the cell poisons hydrogen
peroxide and carbon monoxide are produced."
The same violent deformations that occur in our bodies, when we are directly
exposed to radar or microwaves, also occur in the molecules of foods cooked
in a microwave oven.
This radiation results in the destruction and deformation of food molecules.
Microwaving also creates new compounds, called radiolytic compounds, which
are unknown fusions not found in nature. Radiolytic compounds are created by
molecular decomposition - decay - as a direct result of radiation.
Microwave oven manufacturers insist that microwaved and irradiated foods do
not have any significantly higher radiolytic compounds than do broiled,
baked or other conventionally cooked foods.
The scientific clinical evidence presented here has shown that this is
simply a lie. In America, neither universities nor the federal government
have conducted any tests concerning the effects on our bodies from eating
microwaved foods. Isn't that a bit odd?
Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic energy, like light waves or radio
waves, and occupy a part of the electromagnetic spectrum of power, or
energy. In our modern technological age, microwaves are used to relay long
distance telephone signals, television programs, and computer information
across the earth or to a satellite in space. But the microwave is most
familiar to us as an energy source for cooking food.
Every microwave oven contains a magnetron, a tube in which electrons are
affected by magnetic and electric fields in such a way as to produce micro
wavelength radiation at about 2450 Mega Hertz (MHz) or 2.45 Giga Hertz
(GHz). This microwave radiation interacts with the molecules in food.
All wave energy changes polarity from positive to negative with each cycle
of the wave. In microwaves, these polarity changes happen millions of times
every second. Food molecules - especially the molecules of water - have a
positive and negative end in the same way a magnet has a north and a south
polarity.
In commercial models, the oven has a power input of about 1000 watts of
alternating current. As these microwaves generated from the magnetron
bombard the food, they cause the polar molecules to rotate at the same
frequency millions of times a second.
All this agitation creates molecular "friction", which heats up the food.
This unusual type of heating also causes substantial damage to the
surrounding molecules, often tearing them apart or forcefully deforming
them.
By comparison, microwaves from the sun are based on principles of pulsed
direct current (DC) that don't create frictional heat; microwave ovens use
alternating current (AC) creating frictional heat.
A microwave oven produces a spiked wavelength of energy with all the power
going into only one narrow frequency of the energy spectrum. Energy from the
sun operates in a wide frequency spectrum. Further research summarized in
this article reveal that microwave ovens are far more harmful than
previously imagined.
The following is a summary of the Russian investigations published by the
Atlantis Raising Educational Center in Portland, Oregon. Carcinogens were
formed in virtually all foods tested.
No test food was subjected to more microwaving than necessary to accomplish
the purpose, i.e., cooking, thawing, or heating to insure sanitary
ingestion. Here's a summary of some of the results:
Microwaving
prepared meats sufficiently to
insure sanitary ingestion caused formation of d-Nitrosodienthanolamines, a
well-known carcinogen.
Microwaving
milk and cereal grains
converted
some of their amino acids into carcinogens.
Thawing frozen fruits converted their glucoside and galactoside containing
fractions into carcinogenic substances.
Extremely short exposure of raw, cooked or frozen
vegetables converted their plant alkaloids into carcinogens.
Carcinogenic free radicals were formed in
microwaved
plants, especially root vegetables.
Decrease in nutritional value.
Russian researchers also reported a marked acceleration of structural
degradation leading to a decreased food value of
60 to 90% in all foods
tested. Among the changes observed were:
Deceased bio-availability of vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E,
essential minerals and lipotropics factors in all food
tested.
Various kinds of damage to many plant substances, such as alkaloids,
glucosides, galactosides and nitrilosides.
The degradation of nucleo-proteins in meats.
Microwave sickness is discovered.
The Russians did research on thousands of workers who had been exposed to
microwaves during the development of radar in the 1950's. Their research
showed health problems so serious that the Russians set strict limits of 10
microwatts exposure for workers and one microwatt for civilians.
In Robert O. Becker's book, The Body Electric, he described Russian research
on the health effects of microwave radiation, which they called "microwave
sickness." On page 314, Becker states:
"It's [Microwave sickness] first signs are low blood pressure and slow
pulse. The later and most common manifestations are chronic excitation of
the sympathetic nervous system [stress syndrome] and high blood pressure.
This phase also often includes headache, dizziness, eye pain, sleeplessness,
irritability, anxiety, stomach pain, nervous tension, inability to
concentrate, hair loss, plus an increased incidence of appendicitis,
cataracts, reproductive problems, and cancer.
The chronic symptoms are eventually succeeded by crisis of adrenal
exhaustion and ischemic heart disease [the blockage of coronary arteries and
heart attacks]."
According to Dr. Lee, changes are observed in the blood chemistries and the
rates of certain diseases among consumers of microwaved foods. The symptoms
above can easily be caused by the observations shown below. The following is
a sample of these changes:
Lymphatic disorders were observed, leading to decreased ability to prevent
certain types of cancers.
An increased rate of cancer cell formation was observed in the blood.
Increased rates of stomach and intestinal cancers were observed.
Higher rates of digestive disorders and a gradual breakdown of the systems
of elimination were observed.
Microwave research conclusions.
The following were the most significant German and Russian research
operations facilities concerning the biological effects of microwaves:
The initial research conducted by the Germans during the Barbarossa military
campaign, at the Humbolt-Universitat zu Berlin (1942-1943); and,
From 1957 and up to the present [until the end of the cold war], the Russian
research operations were conducted at: the Institute of Radio Technology at
Kinsk, Byelorussian Autonomous Region; and, at the Institute of Radio
Technology at Rajasthan in the Rossiskaja Autonomous Region, both in the
Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. From 1957 and up to the present
[until the end of the cold war], the Russian research operations were
conducted at: the Institute of Radio Technology at Kinsk, Byelorussian
Autonomous Region; and, at the Institute of Radio Technology at Rajasthan in
the Rossiskaja Autonomous Region, both in the Union of the Soviet Socialist
Republics.
In most cases, the foods used for research analysis were exposed to
microwave propagation at an energy potential of 100 kilowatts/cm3/second, to
the point considered acceptable for sanitary, normal ingestion. The effects
noted by both German and Russian researchers is presented in three
categories:
Category I, Cancer-Causing Effects
Category II, Nutritive Destruction of Foods
Category III, Biological Effects of Exposure
Therefore Food is the Universal Panacea.
Dr Linus Pauling winner of the Nobel Prize for chemistry considered that
mineral deficiency was a prime cause of sickness in our kind. Not just any
old minerals, but Bio-Chelated minerals that had passed through the body of
a plant. Raw foods are much more vigorous in its action than that of cooked.
If you feed raw meat to your dog, within a week you will notice a change in
the animals temperament. This because the food has not been modified by
cooking. Therefore when you are ailing, your first resort should be to raw
fruit and vegetables and the juices from them. These living nutrients may
also be fortified by the judicious use of herbs in the preparations.
Those foods contain what Lesley Kenton called 'Raw Energy' They also contain
the enzymes in abundance. Living food for a healthy body. Oh we think we are
so very clever, playing like little children within Natures Galactic
Laboratory. We pontificate about fats, carbohydrates and protein. We burble
on about recommended daily allowances (RDA's) By and large
such figures are meaningless. All they are, is the consensus view of what
the nutritionists think they are. They are constantly being changed. Almost
daily a new nutrient in tablet or capsule bursts upon the market.
Nature Chemistry 101.
Plant chlorophyll as a molecule is very similar to that of human blood. When
that first ray of sun splashes on Chlorophyll's magnesium eye, the very

The word 'photosynthesis', means literally,
'made from light' and by that ultimate transmutation the green plant may be
seen as the supreme planetary alchemist. The green plant alone has mastered
the secret of the transmutation of sunlight, water and carbon dioxide into
food. All life forms are dependant on the power of the leaf.
There are certain kinds of bacteria that are classed as autotrophs ie, able
to synthesize food from inorganic molecules such as hydrogen sulphide;
however the hydrogen sulphide which is used instead of water, is produced
from the breakdown of green plant protein by sulphide bacteria, so they too
are dependent on the green plant for life. In that respect they may be seen
as the bacterial equivalent of the fungus.
We cannot do that, we cannot make that most simple of proto substances
'Starch' Thus right at the beginning nature demonstrates our bumbling
ineptitude and ignorance, and her clear superiority.
The Root of Anorexia and Obesity.
The food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, is contaminated
with hormone and endocrine disrupters. A modern Supermarket is a huge
chemical warehouse of processed and packaged foods even the fruit and
vegetables have absorbed the systemic poisons that is so liberally sprayed
upon them. By law a food manufacturer must state the ingredients on
the labels of their products. However they are aware that the majority of
people that use the product never read them. Take a look in your cupboard,
see all of the strange names and numbers instead of plain language on the
ingredient list.
Artificial colours and flavourings, antioxidants which help to slow down the
rotting process. Chemicals that bind one ingredient to another, ad nauseam.
The average loaf of white death has to be fortified with vitamins because
the flour is denatured. The suicidal slices contains a large number of
chemicals to make the flour do what it is unable to, and also to make the
bread remain moist and last longer.
Many thousands of those chemicals are in daily use in a home near you. The
problem is that no one knows what the reactive effects of these chemical
cocktails have upon our bodies. Very few studies have been done on the
subject. Simply because Industry does not see that as very profitable
research. Adverse results could leave them in a legal mine field.
In the UK, nearly 25 years ago, a feisty group of Kindergarten Mums,
whilst the kids were playing, decided to take on the expert food scientists.
In their collective wisdom they had arrived at the conclusion that the
increasing number of allergies and behavioural disorders in their children
was linked to a yellow food food dye called 'Tartrazine'. This
synthetic dye is commonly used (and still is) to colour bread crumbs and
batter mixes amongst many other uses. The science response was, that
there is no evidence to suggest that these chemicals cause allergies or
adverse behaviour. That is the usual response from the experts. The weasel
words translated, mean, no adequate studies have been done upon those
chemicals or the combinations.
A large company 'Birds Eye Frozen Foods' had been running a series of
children's TV advertisement's (Brainwash em young) called 'Capt
Birds Eye' (The Dirty Drug Dealer) his job was to create a demand for bread
crumbed fish fingers in amongst the kiddy winks. He knew exactly how to
mould little minds. Birds Eye Fish Fingers hit the top brand spot very
easily.
Naturally Mum was so pleased that her little darling was actually agitating
to eat some fish protein instead of the usual kiddy junk that passes as
food. What is more the little darlings were actually demanding to eat fish
fingers every day. The more they ate the more the childrens health and
behaviour deteriorated. They had to literally fight to wean their children
from the fish fingers with coloured bread crumbs on them.
Give me the child until it is 7,
and I will show you the man.

Give the child to the Television until it is
7, and the advertising moguls will shape the adult, for the benefit of
big business.
Many years ago a book was published, it was called 'The Cool Aid Acid Test'.
The anti hero opened a hamburger restaurant. From all of the legal
food chemicals he produced a flavouring mix, that had the same effect as
cocaine, on those that ate them. Naturally such delicacies created a
global demand and our anti hero became very rich. His customers became very
sick.
Take a look at the ingredients on soft drinks. Take a look at the
ingredients on the child's favourite ketchup. Take a look at the ingredients
on the range of junk kiddy snacks . Then take a look at the labels on the
food that you like to eat.
There are around 2 or 3 thousand of these chemicals which have been approved
for use by that world infamous American watch dog, the
FDA. If you ask them
for the studies on those chemicals, they cannot produce them. There are none
that have any relevance to combinations of these chemicals. The FDA do not
work for the public, but rather for big business, from whom, some of those
officials are surely accepting bribes. That can be the only explanation as
to why Business Interests, are put before that of the health of the people.
The possible combinations in those thousands of chemicals and the possible
reactions in a human body to those chemicals run into trillions. From a
science angle the whole matter has been consigned to the 'Too Hard Basket'
plus no one is prepared to fund such studies.
The answer is very simple. Simply stop buying such products. How can such
food be healthy and nutritious ? It is light years away from Arcadia.
The Mind Benders.
Mass media advertising is the lure, which gives us the image to which we
must conform. The mass media then shows us the products which will enable us
to conform. We have been TV trained from childhood to respond to this type
of pressure.
In terms of our food this is disastrous. We have no means of understanding
how these food chemical cocktails effect our physical health and mental
balance.
The anorexics have a false body image. That emotional and mental condition
can lead to death from malnutrition or suicide. It is usually treated by a
psychiatrist who prescribes even more chemicals. Listen to the psychiatric
whining about the recidivist anorexic.
The obese tend to despise themselves for their inability to lose weight, or
if they do, then for an inability to maintain a healthy weight for their
body type. This is also a body and lack of moral fibre image issue.
No one will dispute the effects of a few glasses of wine upon our mental
state. Yet many cannot understand that the chemicals that we eat also have
the same effect upon our health and state of mind. Many cannot understand
that the chemicals prescribed by Doctors also have the same effects. We
breathe it drink it, eat it, plaster it upon our skin.
The Anorexic and the Obese are suffering from chemical poisoning. This not
only affects their physical health but also their state of mind. They have
become sensitised to these chemicals in the same way as those with allergies
and asthma.
The obese continue to eat because their body forces them to eat. This in
order to get those trace elements and vitamins and extra enzymes that are
required for good nutrition. The food they eat, because they are continually
hungry, only increases the problem. Their body fat is also deficient
in the necessary elements for good health.
Calorie controlled and/or low fat diets and fuelled by the Scientific
Cholesterol nonsense are totally useless, and in time will prove injurious
to health. Both of the original premises of low fat diets and hormone
replacement therapy have been scientifically shown to be harmful. They
increase the risk of heart disease, and in the case of HRT, increase the
risk of cancer as well.
In between these two extremes, we have those who continually fight a losing
battle in trying to keep their weight down. A small fortune is spent on
diets. The victim is egged on by images of Sara Slim who lost 10lbs in 10

They sip their calorie controlled diet drinks and eat the chemical food and
wonder why its all such a struggle. Some even take the Pharmaceutical
companies amphetamines and other dangerous pills to limit their appetite.
Your appetite is there for a reason, your body is telling you, please feed
me. I am hungry. You are hungry because your body is deficient in what it
needs to keep you healthy. Take a long slow look at those things that you
put into your body. In that chemical morass you will find the root of your
addiction. You are addicted to the chemicals, that is why its is such
a struggle. Good nutrition can cure Anorexia and Obesity and all of the half
way houses in between those conditions. Good nutrition is a matter of common
sense and does not create morbid mental conditions.

is highly recommended. Simple, tasty, attractive nutritious food to heal you
in mind and body. Try it, and the pseudo scientific diet will stand
revealed for what it really is.
By following her recommendations you may cure yourself of many ailments from
which you now suffer. Her approach to menopause, is that it is a
natural progression, that leads to another level of fulfillment and
consciousness. Only in the West is menopause treated as a disease. As may be
understood the Pharmaceutical and Medical fraternity find this
artificial disease to be very profitable.
The Medical Establishment will cut out a womb on the slightest pretext. Of
course with it goes the ovaries. So then the unfortunate has no female
hormones. So they substitute pills made from horse piss. Oh and the
mare suffers in the process. So what with the medical bull dust, and
the horse piss, there comes an increased risk of heart disease and
cancer. Which leads to more suffering and medical money making, further down
the track.
Endometriosis.
Is a set of symptoms, for which the medical establishment have no cure, and
neither do they understand what is the cause of the symptoms. So to
cover their ignorance they cut out the womb.
The medical establishment are very good at treating symptoms. A symptom is a
manifestation of an underlying cause. Would it not make more sense to
investigate the underlying cause and treat that ?
There are two places to begin the investigation. Firstly an examination of
diet to ensure the persons nutritional status is correct and that no
deficiencies are present. Secondly the history, if any of the birth control
method used. If the person has been taking the hormone based birth control
pills, or using chemical pessaries, or the I.U.D. then that needs to be
looked at very closely. One must also consider the chemicals in the home or
work enviroment.
The reason is very simple. A woman's reproductive system has been programmed
by Nature to carry out specific functions on a monthly cycle from puberty to
menopause. The contraceptive pill interferes with the woman's own cycle, and
tricks the body into thinking it is pregnant. To even think, that one may
play test tubes with nature and win, is a dangerous medical fallacy.
There are safer and more natural methods. Those methods are not encouraged,
because there is no money to be made. One is not prepared to lose the
convenience of popping a pill. The Medical and Pharmaceutical Establishment
can rely upon that type of behaviour
